We only sell original fragrances without any kind of additives or stretching. It often happens that fragrances smell more or less different or vary in intensity. This is because the manufacturers adjust the composition of the ingredients from batch to batch.

We only fill the desired fragrance after the order has been placed, so that the perfume retains its full quality. Every day before 12 p.m. (except at weekends) the bottlings are packed with padding and sent by DHL. So the shipment should be with you in 1-2 working days.

All samples are filled into glass bottles with a high-quality spray head. The name of the perfume is written on each bottle. The bottles are therefore also perfect as gifts.

Before filling, we test each bottle for its function. It is therefore possible that there is a little residual water in the spray head. However, this does not alter the concentration of the fragrance.

What size should I order?

The order is usually processed the next working day and picked up by DHL. Shipping takes about 1-2 business days (including Saturday). Shipping to other EU countries usually takes 5 working days.

At the end of the working day, the shipping labels are created automatically. You will receive an email with the tracking information. Alternatively, you can also find this in your customer account. Please note that it can take up to 12 hours for the tracking to be displayed at DHL.

A return is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods as long as the sample is unused. This is the legal regulation for the right of withdrawal.

If you have used the sample, it can be returned within 2-3 days. In this case we will deduct the return costs of 5€ from the refund.

As soon as we have received the return, it will be checked and processed on the same day. Please note that in the case of a heavily used perfume, we will contact you and arrange an individual refund.

For PayPal payments, the money will be refunded within one business day.

For other payment methods, it may take 2-3 business days.
