A return is only possible if the delivery was no more than 24 hours ago and the seal is undamaged.
Please send us the following information:
-Order number
-Photo (entire scope of delivery including delivery note)
-The reason for the return
The return costs will not be covered or reimbursed.
This regulation does not impermissibly restrict the statutory right of withdrawal. For a revocation please use the form from the terms and conditions.
