Are the fragrances original?

Noir Extreme Perfume is one of Tom Ford's newest releases in 2022, trying to top the older Noir Extreme EDP - which worked really well.

Tom Ford describes the fragrance as woody-oriental , but forgets the actual variety of wood, sweetness, spice and powdery notes.

The scent is very spicy right from the start. At the beginning there are also slightly sweet notes floating along, but they quickly disappear in the background. Due to the woody notes , the perfume is very strong and masculine, but still does not sting the nose too much.

The scent is exciting and anyone who smells it on others becomes immediately curious. That's why this fragrance is perfect to wear in the evening when going out .

Although it is not mentioned in the fragrance notes, the scent smells a bit like vanilla in the background, which accompanies the scent in the background all the time.

Although the scent is not in the Private Blend collection but is sold as a designer scent, it's damn close to being a very good niche scent . It smells very exclusive, exciting and seductive.

The durability and silage is very strong due to the fact that it is a perfume, one or two sprays last all day .

Fleur de Desert is the latest creation from Louis Vuitton and, alongside Ombre Nomade, is another oud fragrance in the range.

The fragrance starts off differently than Ombre Nomade, with a soapy note with hints of honey . Only after some time can you clearly smell the cinnamon and oud note and the fragrance unfolds very pleasantly soft, almost feminine instead of unisex as stated by Louis Vuitton.

As the name suggests, the scent is reminiscent of a flower in the desert - somewhere strongly floral, but also warm and slightly smoky dry , like a very good red wine.

Louis Vuitton has filled this fragrance into a dark bottle and, as already mentioned, should join the ranks of oud fragrances. In my opinion, it doesn't quite fit in there, as the flowery and sweet notes drown out the oud a bit , which is by no means bad.

Louis Vuitton Fleur de Desert is a very successful fragrance that will please many, is for the general public, but is also very well received by niche fragrance enthusiasts . It not only stands out from the internal variety of fragrances, but is also an individual in the entire perfume market.

The durability and silage of the fragrance is above average. Fleur de Desert accompanies you all day long with a spray in the morning and is still very present in the evening.

The fragrance was released to mark the reopening of the East 57th Street, New York store.

The opening of the 1957 fragrance is very floral and powdery. I would say a mixture of Tom Ford Tubérose and Chanel No.5 .
Especially the latter is a very contested fragrance, some love it - some hate it.

I think everyone is familiar with the scent. As usual with Tom Ford, Oud Wood smells very unique and unlike any other fragrance on the market. Although the top note contains pepper, it comes across as very soft, especially at the beginning.

Very quickly you can smell the agar and sandalwood.

In my opinion, the scent is a bit "weak", so you should take two or three more sprays in the morning if you want to have a shelf life for the whole day.

Tom Ford Oud Wood is a real compliment magnet, even with a mask people ask me about my perfume. In combination with the Oud Wood Body Spray nobody can ignore the veil of scent.

After a few minutes on the skin, I would perhaps describe the scent as a bit spicy, but more like vanilla.

As previously written, Oud Wood has a comparatively short shelf life. I therefore recommend always having a small filling with you and spraying it afterwards.

I can recommend the fragrance to anyone who wants to try something new, it is perfect for getting started with niche fragrances.

The exclusive fragrance beige by Chanel is a soft fragrance for women.

With its strong floral notes and hint of honey , it smells like a beautiful milk bath in a tropical country to me.

The scent is by no means eccentric, intrusive or even heavy at the beginning.
On the contrary, beige gives an inner peace and relaxation when you perceive it.

He smells somehow familiar but yet new.

So far I have tested three exclusive fragrances from Chanel and I have to say that this one is the most convincing so far due to its perfection .

The longevity is rather moderate, which is understandable with floral scents.

Beige, pure, pure freshness!

Wow! Today we received the first fragrance from Tiziana Terenzi and my expectations were exceeded.

You've told us again and again that you want these fragrances in our range and now we've finally got the most popular ones.

But now to the fragrance "Kirke" .

What strikes me right at the beginning is that the description "unisex fragrance" doesn't quite fit. I would rather declare the fragrance as a women's fragrance.

So far, in my opinion, it's the fruitiest fragrance in our range, but surprisingly it's more fresh than sweet.

The beginning is a bit vaguely reminiscent of Tom Ford's Bitter Peach , but much softer and smoother and blended with the other fruits like pear and raspberry.

Sandalwood and vanilla make the scent appear light but strong .

The scent is reminiscent of a warm summer evening on the beach and I would not recommend it as a party scent.

The shelf life and silage is above average, so I applied a sprayer to my forearm and still smell the scent very clearly.

The fragrance clearly surprised me by the quality as well as the individuality . I'm looking forward to the other fragrances from the Tiziana Terenzi brand.

Louis Vuitton Imagination is a men's fragrance from 2021 and perfect for summer.

After direct application to the skin, the fragrance comes with a strong citrus fresh note.

The tea note then comes through in the drydown, but in the noblest form accompanied by a cool freshness, making it a perfect scent for warm weather.

The scent itself is uniquely good, projection really good after spraying and is not reminiscent of any other scent.

The scent is polarizing, especially after a fresh shower in the morning, and has a relaxing but waking effect.

After some time, the strong citrus note disappears and a soothing scent develops that is really super pleasant.

In many forums the fragrance is described as one of the best fresh summer fragrances of 2022. We can sign it like this.

The scent definitely gives looks and determines compliments from those around you.

4 sprays are enough for a normal working day.

It even lasted a relatively long time on the skin, a good 7 hours, the silage is also very good for a fresh scent in the first 3-4 hours.

The BETTER Creed Aventus

Like many fresh scents, the opening of the fragrance is reminiscent of freshly washed laundry or the moment when you come out of the shower after a hot summer day.

What comes through very strongly at the beginning is the grapefruit in combination with lime and bergamot with lemon.

The apple then stands out as the dominant note.

It's difficult to describe, but as the title suggests, the scent is very reminiscent of Creed Aventus. However, not necessarily from the notes but from the type and style of the fragrance.

Who is this fragrance suitable for?

The DNA of the perfume is quite interesting and, as I said, strongly reminiscent of Creed Aventus. Those who are now bored by Creed Aventus or are looking for an alternative in the same direction are in good hands with Roja Elysium.

Shelf life and silage are average and comparable to most fresh niche fragrances.

A little herbal rose witch!

Wardasina sometimes hovers under the radar of many fragrance lovers, actually strange. This perfume combines two opposites.

On the one hand this herbal, slightly tart maybe, at least as a base, together with vanilla, musk and tobacco, on the other hand this sweet, dominant rose over it. Both works in parallel and projects very strongly.

What a treat!

The rose-like and the herbal garden stand side by side and fascinate, on the other hand they also unite again and again and result in an unusually attractive mixture, something that one constantly wants to sniff and smell.

Wardasina shines enormously, the sillage is strong and the shelf life is until the next day. Suitable for both men and women – those who dare to apply only a few splashes will be happy in any area, i.e. in the office, when meeting friends, in the evening hours, etc.

But one thing you should know: the environment knows that you are there when Vardasina becomes your scent of the day.

The crushed orange in the middle of the fruit basket

The scent starts with a strong, warm, comforting orange note and has a calming effect on me. However, the orange smells more like a dried one refined with cinnamon, which is rounded off very well by the note of sandalwood.

The grapefruit in the top note is very dominant, maybe a bit too strong for some - some would say it burns the nose.

The perfume fits perfectly into the current weather conditions.

And it's just wonderful to have this slightly bitter, incredibly grapefruity shimmer around you and to be reminded again and again that such a fruity cocktail on ice cubes would be really delicious.

For me it's the freshest scent I've ever known.

I would put the durability even higher than with Light Blue - but that's also because Light Blue Forever is generally a very strong and beguiling scent.

I got more compliments from colleagues in the office than any other fragrance before.

Easy Sunday

It's Sunday morning.
You've had a good night's sleep, you're carefree, you've had a fresh shower and the smell of coffee is already in your nose. In anticipation of the day off, Sunday Cologne is put on.

Black Orchid (Eau de Parfum) is a popular perfume by Tom Ford for women and was released in 2006 .

De Los Santos is a new perfume by Byredo for women and men and was released in 2022 .

The scent makes me think of a journey into the depths of the rainforest.

De Los Santos starts with a strong woody sage note, but it doesn't smell synthetic at all, more like a refreshing and sparkling breeze.

The ambroxan makes the scent very slightly sweet in the drydown.

The durability is great for a Byredo. After 8 hours it is still clearly perceptible and even the sage from the top note is still recognizable. The sillage is strong for 2-3 hours and then slowly becomes a bit more intimate.

It goes perfectly with spring/summer because, despite its spiciness, it is not too heavy.

Initially very woody and sage-heavy, later much smoother, more like herbal tea with honey.

It's definitely not a typical scent that can be pigeonholed, but I think it's still an all-rounder that everyone should like somewhere and everyone should have tried.

What do you think about fragrance?

The scent is very dominant at the beginning, I think. But due to the mocha note and the green cardamom, the scent smells spicy sweet but still a bit fresh and lovely.

Wow, what a presentation for a bottle in this price range.
Just after unpacking the fragrance, there is joy.

Immediately after spraying, the allspice and pepper note is very intense, but quickly becomes soft and pleasant.

Many describe the scent as wonderful for the Christmas season, I think you can wear spicy scents with a vanilla note all year round. Of course, there is a special mood on the cold days of the year, but everyone has to decide that for themselves.

Spicebomb is one of the best fragrances in the designer range as far as silage goes.. one or two sprays and you're followed by a veil of vanilla and spice.

I would describe the scent as spicy fresh with a little sweetness.
On the net it is called a men's fragrance, but I think that as a woman you can wear it without any problems.

The durability is above average, you can get by with it all day long.

Spicebomb Extreme by Viktor & Rolf is a great fragrance that stands out from the crowd and doesn't try to copy a fragrance.

In addition, it has a good price/performance ratio, as it does not smell artificial, but smells almost exclusively of the ingredients.

I would also recommend this perfume blindly, and advise everyone to test 2ml once, you will not regret it.

Laudano Nero is very reminiscent of Tobacco Oud by Tom Ford.

The special feature here, however, is the very strong cognat note at the beginning, which quickly fades into the background to make room for the other numerous ingredients. The sandalwood note comes into its own relatively quickly with a hint of oud and is now a much stronger form of tobacco oud.

The many ingredients may frighten you off at first, but I think they harmonize very well with each other and are by no means intrusive or overdone.

The strength of the silage and the durability is the best I have ever experienced in a fragrance. One or two sprays last more than 8 hours and everyone in our office smells the scent clearly when I move through the room.

Tiziana Terenzi advertises this fragrance as a unisex solution. But I find that it is only suitable for men who have already smelled a lot in the niche category.

Anyone who loves Tobacco Oud and is looking for a stronger scent, or would like to test something unusual, is very well served with this scent.

Bleu de Chanel is probably one of the best-known designer fragrances in the mid-price segment and, in my opinion, belongs in every fragrance collection.

Immediately after application, a very soapy, citric freshness comes along, which settles quickly and smells very pleasantly soft.

I personally find the EDP to be the best as this intensity brings just the right mix of durability and strength.

The fragrance goes very well in spring and summer, as the tangerine and citrus notes are very much in the foreground, but there is also a little woody note, which I only notice very lightly.

The durability is average but very good. Bleu de Chanel is the perfect fragrance without having to worry too much about which fragrance to wear today. Suitable for both a casual meeting and a business meeting, but also at a party on a hot summer evening.

Bleu de Chanel EDP is such a fragrance that I would blindly entrust to anyone and would advise to test it in any case. Nobody will regret it.

Bleu de Chanel - an all-rounder!

When I smelled Acqua di Gio Profumo for the first time during a visit to a perfumery, I knew that it was a good all-rounder .

The fragrance smells like a classic perfume from this direction, but is still unique and very high quality .

Like other fresh fragrances, this one is also reminiscent of the sea , but made even more intense by the sea salt in the top note .

The scent is in no way overpowering or too strong or heavy. The durability is okay .
I apply the scent to my neck and chest in the morning and it lasts until the afternoon. But is therefore suitable for long summer evenings or nights .

A mature fragrance - despite its lovely sweetness

Black Opium is a women's fragrance from the YSL brand. The scent may not seem particularly special or unique on paper.

The fragrance notes seem inconspicuous, but in my opinion they are very well balanced and generally smell very deep and warm, tart and sweet. I have never had such a composition with any other perfume.

It's not that fruity kitschy sweet that you would expect from many fragrances in this price range, the jasmine in particular brings out a fresh note after a while.

The vanilla and coffee notes bring an unforgettable recognition value.

I can imagine the scent on a woman who has an important business meeting, but I think this scent is also in good hands with a fine dinner.

The scent does not smell obtrusive or strong, but I would say it still has a certain spice and a little powdery note.

The shelf life is very good and the silage is absolutely amazing.

I can recommend the fragrance to anyone who is looking for a serious and mature perfume that still smells lovely and sweet.

Fleeting beauty for ladies

A super clean fresh fragrance for the ladies. But also a typical Chanel.

I would roughly describe the fragrance as a mixture of No.5 and Coco Mademoiselle. Much softer and not as strong as No.5, but a bit fresher and spicier than Coco Mademoiselle.

This black beauty comes along with the right amount of arrogant elegance.

Coco noir is not a "Mmmhhhh, do you smell good!" in terms of floral-powdery-sweet kindness. It's a strong statement, more like "Wow, what are you wearing?"

Although there are many fruity notes such as orange or grapefruit, the scent smells more like jasmine and patchouli. Later on, it gives way to vanilla and maybe even a little smoky.

The staying power is very strong especially on warm days and everyone in the room and around can smell the scent on you.

Anyone who has been satisfied with Chanel in the past and likes No.5 and the other Coco fragrances will definitely not go wrong with Coco Noir.

"Eau Rose" - A very simple name for a perfume, isn't it?

Tom Ford Fucking Fabulous is one of the most popular fragrances on the market and I can blindly recommend everyone to test the fragrance in our shop.

Today we went to Louis Vuitton to look at some fragrances.
Due to many requests from the community and our customers, we have targeted the Ombre Nomade fragrance , among others.

Already at the appointment in the shop, when the employee introduced it to us, I was blown away .

I knew what to expect from the scents of oud wood, incense and raspberry , but smelling it myself was a completely different story.

At the beginning the scent reminds of the smoky leather smelling Tom Ford scents , especially Tuscan Leather and Tobacco Oud , but the raspberry note comes into its own very quickly.

All three scents harmonize very well with each other and are pleasantly present even after about 10 minutes.

I applied a spray to my forearm and felt the scent equally strong after 4 hours , but was by no means obtrusive.

A friend of mine tested the scent and went swimming afterwards, in the evening there was still a veil of scent to be smelled.

Wow, what a presentation of a bottle . For me one of the most beautiful bottles I have seen so far, and that for a designer fragrance.

" Another fragrance from JPG in this price range?" I thought to myself when the scandal was introduced. The first time I smelled it in nature was when a friend wore it on a shopping trip in warm Stuttgart.

This soft caramel note with a hint of sage was anything but scandalous, very soothing and special I would say.

Of course, you can't expect the same quality from a niche fragrance from a fragrance in this price range, but I don't think the description "synthetic", as some say, is appropriate.

You can compare JPG Scandal with Versace Eros , only much better.

Due to its sweetness and playfulness, it probably hits the younger target group , but in my opinion it is a very good all-rounder and a great club fragrance thanks to the very strong projection . You smell the scent on yourself, even through a mask.

Finally a manufacturer dared to try something new on the designer market.

The durability is above average , so I sprayed the fragrance on my forearm yesterday afternoon and still felt it strongly this morning in the shower.

For me a real highlight in the perfume industry this year.

"Like a Warm Summer Night"

This is how we described the fragrance with a core statement.
The fruity notes of tangerine and mint are reminiscent of a barbecue with friends or family.

Some say the scent is reminiscent of Versace Eros. I can only partly agree with that. Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme has this playful touch at the beginning but quickly becomes very mature .

Chanel has once again created a fragrance that impresses, is unique, inspires , but is still suitable for the general public.

"If you swim with the current, you don't swim badly at the same time"

The creamy and powdery note is already very strong in the nose but not exactly obtrusive - I would say just right .

Despite the pepper and nutmeg, the scent is soft and elegant .

Rather too peppery and sweet as a sports fragrance, but perfect as an evening and/or date fragrance, but perhaps too unappealing for some. Definitely intended as an everyday scent.

Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme is a very fresh, clean scent and therefore doesn't last all day, so having a small sample with you is a good idea.

Today we received this fragrance and I couldn't wait for one
to smell the first fragrance sample.

The quality of Tom Ford fragrances has convinced me several times in the past, but with Tubéreuse Nue the perfumers have once again outdone themselves.

The name comes from the agave plant tuberose ( Agave polianthes ).
This flower has a strong but very gentle aroma that promises a very pleasant, almost calming top note.

The scent smells very soft and gentle. You can compare it with a noble milk bath or a fresh flower meadow on the first warm days of spring.

I applied the fragrance to the palm of my hand this afternoon and, even after six hours and washing my hands several times, I smell it as intensely as at the beginning.

Neroli Portofino from the Private Blend series by Tom Ford is one of the original fragrances, which was released in 2007.

In contrast to many other fragrances from the time, Neroli Portofino still looks contemporary and offers a unique fragrance experience.

Neroli Portofino smells a bit like cleaning agent after application.

Since I'm not the biggest fan of "fresh & clean" fragrances , I found the fragrance quite boring and found it to be an overpriced Prada L'Homme.

Many fresh scents smell very one-dimensional and don't really develop after application.

At first I couldn't tell much of a difference between Neroli Portofino and other fresh scents, however after 30 minutes it developed into an addictive scent that made you want to keep smelling it.

If we compare the fragrance with the king of "fresh and clean" fragrances Prada L'Homme, Neroli Portofino smells a lot higher quality.

Most Tom Ford fragrances use expensive ingredients and mostly do without synthetic agents.

While Prada L'Homme smells cheap and synthetic to a trained nose and can even give some a headache, Neroli Portofino is for the seasoned perfume lover who wants a high quality "fresh & clean" scent.

The durability of the fragrance is very good for a fresh fragrance, you can still perceive it after 3 hours. Of course you can't compare the fragrance with the durability of sweet fragrances, but the projection of Neroli Portofino is a lot better than other "fresh & clean" fragrances.

In my opinion, Neroli Portofino is the perfect perfume for an important business meeting or a vacation at the beach.

Very suitable for the masses, but also special.

While a majority of people are rocking Dior Sauvage/Armani Si for Spring, Neroli Portofino would be a perfect alternative to stand out from the crowd.

Bois Marocain was originally introduced by Tom Ford in 2009 and discontinued in 2013. After many people wanted the fragrance again, a limited version of the fragrance came onto the market for a short time in 2016.

But surprisingly, in October 2022, Tom Ford decided again to give Bois Marocain a chance.

After application, the scent has a strong pepper note that develops into a smoky spice and strong resin .

Bois Marocain means "Moroccan wood", which after a while is also reflected in the fragrance. But rather earthy woody instead of spicy woody like at the beginning.

The scent is very difficult to describe because everything seems to be wrapped in smoke.

A scent with a lot of earth, caused by the successful mixture of incense, vetiver, cedar and patchouli and not to let too much heaviness arise, with a delicate touch of bergamot .

On the one hand, the fragrance awakens the desire to go for a walk outside in the snow on a cold winter day, but on the other hand somehow to explore the vastness of the endless desert .

The durability and silage is very good due to the dominant, strong and woody notes. After spraying on in the afternoon, Bois Marocain is still very noticeable on the skin in the morning.

The scent is definitely not perfect for everyone, maybe even for quite a few, but it's worth a try.

Tom Ford Ébène Fumé is a relatively new fragrance from autumn 2021.

The marketing of the fragrance describes the fragrance as very smoky and woody .

The opening of the fragrance in particular is strongly reminiscent of a freshly blown out scented candle or incense sticks.

Tom Ford himself classifies the fragrance in the "Enigmatic Woods Collection" , which means something like "the enigmatic woods" .

In terms of silage and durability , it is not quite as strong as its competitors at Tom Ford, you should add another sprayer or two in the afternoon if you want the full power of the fragrance .

Although Tom Ford Ébène Fumé is a very individual fragrance , it is suitable for the general public in my opinion. You should definitely have tested it.

Tresor by Lancome is a floral-sweet fragrance for women that was released in 1990.

The name means "treasure". This "treasure" is still very popular, its fresh, fruity-floral fragrance with a soft powdery accent gives the fragrance a timeless beauty.
